Convocation Sunday: January 4 - Father Gregory Boyle
Speaking in Fellowship Hall at 9:30 a.m.; preaching in the Sanctuary at 11:00 a.m.
We are delighted to welcome Father Greg Boyle to Covenant for a morning of inspiration and reflection in the Fellowship Hall at 9:30 a.m. followed by preaching at the 11:00 a.m. worship service. Known for his transformative work with Homeboy Industries in Los Angeles — the world’s largest gang intervention and rehabilitation program — Fr. Boyle invites us to consider what it means to mend the gaps between us through compassion, kinship, and the boundless mercy of God. His stories of grace, humor, and healing remind us that we are most ourselves when we stand with one another in love. Don’t miss this opportunity to be encouraged and challenged by one of the most compelling voices for radical hope in our time. Books will be available for purchase and/or signing. Find the link for both livestreams at www.covenantpresby.org/sunday-events.
