TLC gathering on Wednesday, September 22

Join us to hear Debbie Newby, Director of the Museum of the Alphabet on the campus of JAARS in Waxhaw.

Debbie will share the stories of Bibles written in various languages and talk about the alphabets of the world as well as share stories of the JAARS achievements. We will plan to visit the JAARS (formerly Jungle Aviation and Radio Support) campus when we feel it is safe to travel.

The JAARS Mission is to make Bible translation and language development possible especially in the most remote and difficult places on earth. They believe that all people should have God’s word in their own language.

Please contact Michelle Williamson to make a reservation.

We will gather outside on the patio for refreshments at 10:30 a.m., and go inside the Fellowship Hall at 11:00 a.m. for the presentation. (Masks required inside the church.)
