Building on our strong momentum
Help Covenant 'build up' in 2019
This year's stewardship campaign is entitled "A Time to Build Up" because we intend to build on the strong momentum we have as a congregation.

We will invest heavily in music, children, youth and local outreach. We'll
invest in quality worship and challenging education. And, as we expand our reach, we'll even invest in small additions to operational staff so as to ensure quality and consistency
across our facilities and ministries, as you'll see below. Click here to make your pledge.

Staff changes prepare Covenant for 2019 initiatives
Strengthening our team for an exciting future
Covenant is pleased to announce expanded roles for two staff members and the creation of a new staff leadership position as we strengthen our team for new initiatives in the year ahead.
  • Jessica Patchett, Associate Minister for Christian Education, will become Senior Associate Minister, overseeing education and contemporary worship.
  • Perrin Tribble, Director of Middle School Ministries, will become Director of Christian Education, providing leadership for children's and high school ministries while continuing her work with middle school students.
  • Covenant will add an Operations Director to oversee property, food service, technology and recreation ministries. The search for this position begins today. See the job posting here.
The changes, effective Jan. 1, come at an exciting time for Covenant. Following a $12.9 million capital campaign, a child development center and hospitality space will open in 2019, marking the most significant additions to our campus in two decades. Amid a daily hubbub of more people and activity, it will be essential to have a strong infrastructure. This adjusted staffing model will prepare us for a new stage in the life of the church.
