The Lagoon Closing Early August 13th
Just so you know, The Lagoon will be closing at 6 PM on Saturday, August 13th to set up for the Havana Nights event. Doors open for ticket holders at 7 PM. Lagoon guest passes can be used on this day, but keep in mind that everyone must leave at 6 PM. If you have tickets to Havana Nights, you may swim if desired, and regular operating policies will be in place.

Town of Prosper Fishtrap Widening Project
This September, the Town of Prosper will be working to widen Fishtrap Road, and they hope to finish the project by Spring 2023. Water Wells
The community's developer has received approval to drill water wells that will supply water for irrigation of common areas and the ponds at The Commons and The Bridge (Amenity Center #3). Because of this, there will be drilling equipment near the Community Garden and on the land of the future Amenity Center #3.
Repairs on Pepper Grass Lane
The Town of Prosper will be doing warranty repairs along the east side of Pepper Grass Lane beginning Monday, August 8th. They are hoping to have the project done by Friday, August 12th. One lane of traffic will be open at all times while the road is worked on.

Back by popular demand! Transport yourself to the beaches of Cuba for the evening at our Havana Nights party. The Lara Latin Band will perform all the hits, and we will have freshly rolled Cuban cigars, appetizers while they last, and a cash bar! Tickets are $20 per person, and you can purchase them at the link below.
Ahoy, mateys! While on a quest to find some treasure in Windsong, a pirate's ship sprung a leak and sank! Luckily, he and his parrot Petey made it to shore, but he lost everything else somewhere around THE COMMONS! Click the link below for a list of his belongings to find, and then bring the completed list into the office for a prize by August 6th.
Join the WSR Love Thy Neighbor group, WSR Elementary PTO & the WSR HOA for a Back to School Unity Walk at THE COMMONS and a canned food drive benefitting Lovepacs Prosper! The walk will start at THE COMMONS, head to the villas, and be back in time for the movie night at the floating dock at THE COMMONS.
Bring your blanket and chairs and watch Spiderman: No Way Home on the event lawn. The movie will start at sunset, and the Windsong Ranch Elementary PTO will be selling snacks and spirit wear!
Calling all pre-teens aged 9-12! Come play Indoor Gellyball or get messy in the splatter paint room at the Fury Fun Center (303 Main St, Frisco, TX). Parents are required to stay at the venue but do not have to stay with their children. We will have a lounge area for the parents. $25 per participant - RSVP required as space is limited.
Water Aerobics
Join us at 10 AM on Mondays at The Commons pool and Wednesdays and Fridays at The Lagoon for a fun Water Aerobics class. To be added to the email list, contact the class instructor, Charlene Boese, at [email protected].
Small Group Training
Starting mid-August, some exciting small group personal training classes will be offered on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.
