Josh Rosé is a gateway wine, perfect for breaking away from cold-weather reds on the way to the lighter wines of summer. Crisp, refreshing and bright, this rosé is perfect for sunsets and warm summer days.
Tasting notes: California- Fermented cold to ensure maximum retention of bright fresh fruit aromas and to create a crisp and elegant Rose. The nose is bright with aromas of fresh strawberries and white peaches. Flavors of white peach and strawberry complemented by hints of nectarine. The wine is dry and bursts with citrus.
Pairing: Shrimp, crab, lobster and mussels, grilled fish, summer salads, and chilled seafood.

Tasting notes: This dark, dense, flavorful Cabernet Sauvignon fills the senses with aromas of black cherry, blackberry and peppercorn. Smooth tannins and balanced acidity allow the flavors of black fruit compote, clove and spice, to come through with a lingering finish.
