Wine Wisdom
White with chicken, red with beef, bubbles with fruit? What's best? If you've ever been in a rut with what type of wine to pair with what you're eating/cooking, check out this cheat sheet from Wine Folly. There is also a great article from Food & Wine on this topic. And remember, you can always drink what you're in the mood for or just your favorite vino.
Cheers!
