Whispering Angel The Beach Rosé

Country: France

Region: Coteaux d’Aix-en-Provence

Grapes: Grenache, Cinsault, and Syrah

Winery notes: The Beach by Whispering Angel debuts as not only an exceptional rosé, but also as a bulwark to help save the world’s oceans and natural resources with a forward-thinking approach toward environmental responsibility, including lighter glass bottles, ocean-friendly promotional materials, and a partnership with the Surfrider Foundation.

Tasting notes:

Aroma: Clear & very expressive with great aromatic freshness on the nose, inclduding aromas of red berries with hints of lime and melon.

Palate: Subtle and smooth…shows a balanced acidity and minerality with delicious citrus and red fruit flavours.

Finish: Fresh and round with a light and long peach, citrus flare.

Pairing: Ideal as an aperitif and as an accompaniment to the most delicate dishes. Pair with seafood and summer salads.

Chloe Pinot Noir 2020

Grapes: 100% Pinot Noir

Aging: The wine was aged in French oak.

Alcohol: 14.1%

Winery notes: Chloe’s pinot noir is an elegant yet complex wine that delivers structure flavors and aromas. Using grapes grown in two distinctive cool climate regions in California Monterey county and Russian river valley allowed for winemaker Georgetta Dane to blend these amazing regions together. The Monterey county pinot noir provides flavors and aromas of wild strawberry plum and cherries while the Russian river valley pinot noir complements these fruit notes with spicy clove that adds complexity richness and aromas of fresh torn spearmint leaves. Georgetta cold soaked the whole berries for 4 days fermented at cool temperatures to retain the fruit and pressed gently at dryness.

Tasting notes: Fruit-forward flavors and aromas of fresh strawberry, juicy plum and black cherry. A plush, velvety mouthfeel is followed by an undeniably, satisfying finish with soft notes of spicy clove and vanilla.

Pairing: Grilled salmon and red peppers or sautéed chicken with rosemary and thyme. Roasted chicken or pasta dishes

A blend of column and pot-still whiskies, aged a minimum of two years. Curated to highlight the wonderful, bold spice character that comes from high rye whiskies as well as a refreshing botanical brightness. A unique and balanced flavor profile of cinnamon, gingersnaps, juniper, mint sprigs, and fresh wildflower honey. Blended to be boldly sipped, stirred, and savored.
