40 Years of Caring
November is National Hospice Month
Having a conversation about end-of-life wishes with a loved one is never easy, no matter what your situation. Everyone, regardless of their age or health status, should discuss their wishes with family members and then record those wishes in writing with an advance directive. Hospice of Southern Illinois can help by providing valuable information about advance directive planning. Check out our Caregiver Conversations Guide to start the conversation with your loved ones today.
