National Training GL Code Reminder

If you are attending National Training in Phoenix this week, please be sure to assign your expenses in WellsOne Expense Manager to the attached general ledger codes that are designated for National Training.

Open Enrollment: Starts this Month

Open Enrollment for 2025 benefits starts this month. Be on the lookout for more information coming soon.

If you wish to carry medical, dental, vision, etc. for 2025, you MUST complete your Open Enrollment or you will NOT have benefits in 2025.

All employees must complete Open Enrollment, even if you are declining benefits. You must work an average of 30 hours per week or more to be eligible to receive benefits.

Employees will need to log into WinZone between October 25 and November 15 to elect benefits. Completing Open Enrollment on a PC is the most effective method.

Okta - Mobile Applications

On Sunday, October 13, Okta will be applied to the sign on for mobile applications. This includes warehousing, inventory, and shipping applications on RF guns, tablets, and phones.

The login screen will have a new look, but you will still only need your username and password to log in.

You will not need to authenticate through a push notification.

Important: Edit Your Email Signature

Recently there have been reports of emails sent from Winsupply not being delivered to @aol.com and @yahoo.com accounts.

We’ve determined this happens if you have an email signature that contains this link:

www.winsupplyinc.com/account/login

This is because your email is coming from @winsupply.com but contains a link with

winsupplyinc.com and since the domains don’t match, it’s marked as spam.

To fix this, you’ll need to edit your email signature to remove the inc from the URL.
