A Message From Outgoing RGFP Director, Julie Mordecai
"All great things must come to an end, they say.
I am so thankful for this opportunity to serve you. Alas, it is time for me to retire from Rio Grande Farm Park and to start a new chapter in my life..."

Updates From Staff and Volunteers
From the desk of Amber Middleton,
RGFP Transition Manager
I am so grateful to be a part of the Rio Grande Farm Park once again! Though I haven’t been around for most of 2019, I wanted to take some time to reflect on what we’ve accomplished in the past year thanks to the support of our staff, volunteers, farmers, and donors.

Americorps VISTA Update
Upon my August arrival, I was immersed in a whirlwind of activity with the Farm Park.

The end of summer brought harvest time, along with the opening of our Nature Play Area.

My focus is now shifting towards next year, and engaging community members in our many opportunities.

Our team has already planned some of our work days for the coming year! We're also looking for volunteers to "adopt" ongoing projects at the Park.
