Here's a little of what we've been decorating the office with lately.

Not seeing something you're looking for? Let us know what topics you'd like to see covered in downloadable guides or videos.

A Few Updates...
Point of Sale
  • Categories can be set to be different colors for POS checkout
  • Products and combo packages can be assigned to specific locations
  • Tickets can be set to high demand so they aren't held in the cart longer that 15 minutes
  • Inventory amounts can be changed directly by viewing a product
  • Categories can be added when you're adding a product (in case you forgot one)
  • Products can be searched for in POS checkout
  • Check and cash areas have been split in drawer reconciliation reports to show pre and post refund amounts (in POS reports)

Checkout
  • Registration form instruction text is customizable in settings (as are several other checkout areas)
  • When applicable convenience fee text automatically displays on checkout to advise customers

Memberships
  • Scan in pages feature a count of how many visitors are at the location (if using the scan out feature)
  • Membership cards can be printed on demand from your office (Guide)

Activities
  • Time-based advanced activities can have a purchase limit set on time blocks per day
  • Standard activities can be pro-rated with an adjustment that automatically reduces fees for past dates
  • Advanced activities have been updated to look and feel more like standard ones on setup

Reservations & Calendar
  • Customers logged into the public side can start a reservation directly from the calendar (if allowed)
  • Events can be added to the calendar without a reservation using the quick add feature

General
  • Photo pool captions can be edited all at once by category
  • Primary contacts can be included in activity email blasts regardless of registrant
  • Member discounts set in accounts can have a cap of discounts within a certain date range

Future
  • We are planning updates to the home page background area for a cleaner, more legible look
  • Home page photo rotators will be replaced by a featured image display within a few months
  • A new and updated batch of photo pool images is coming in the next month or so
  • The system will be upgrading servers over the next few months - no downtime is expected

  • The POS area offers a way to create custom gift certificates.
  • We have a Musco connection available to send your event schedule to ControlLink for lighting control
  • Need receipt printers, card scanners, sneeze guards, or other equipment? Visit our POS portal
  • Our Constant Contact partnership can give you a discount on email advantages like spam avoidance
