THE OUTREACH CENTRE'S

3RD ANNUAL GOLF CLASSIC

The Outreach Centre is proud to announce that the 3rd annual Golf Classic will be held on June 12, 2023.

Held at the Red Deer Golf & Country Club, the event will start with a Cocktail Party on Sunday, June 11. On Monday, June 12, teams will compete in the golf classic, followed by dinner, an awards ceremony and entertainment.

Funds raised through sponsorship opportunities, monetary donations, registration fees, and live and silent auction items will go towards the programs and services offered at The Outreach Centre, supporting the individuals we serve in their pursuit of healthy relationships, mental health wellbeing, housing stability and self-sufficiency.

SCOTT SUBARU

Since opening in 2008, Scott Subaru has been committed to providing the highest levels of customer service through their unsurpassed knowledge of the Subaru vehicles they sell and service. Their staff take pride in representing their brand, with safety and customer service among their top priorities. This multilingual dealership offers services in English, French, Spanish, Mandarin, Cantonese and Korean!

In December, Gordon Scott, Chief Executive Officer, and Garrett Scott, Chief Operating Officer, were both deserving recipients of a Queen Elizabeth II Platinum Jubilee Medal. These medals are given out to Albertans who have made significant contributions to their community.

Scott Subaru has offered continuous support to many organizations in central Alberta, including The Outreach Centre! They are ongoing event supporters, most recently as the presenting sponsor at Red Deer's Lip Sync Battle and the dinner sponsor at the Regimental Dining-In, celebrating the 150th anniversary of the RCMP in Canada.

PROGRAM SPOTLIGHT

LEGAL INFORMATION SESSIONS

Legal information sessions are offered at The Outreach Centre every Tuesday morning.

Parenting Orders & Child Support

• 9:30 – 11:00 a.m.
• Learn about parenting orders: primary care, shared parenting, supervised parenting, decision-making authority and the process to apply for mediation and court orders.
• Also covered: child support, covering who can apply, how it is calculated and who has to pay.

Spousal Support & Division of Property

• 11:00 a.m. – noon
• An overview of the process of dealing with division of property, assets and debts, as well as spousal support considerations (is it available, how much and for how long) and the process to apply for mediation or court orders.

These sessions are valuable to those newly separated, considering separation or are fearful of the court process. Please keep in mind that there sessions are to provide LEGAL INFORMATION ONLY, NOT LEGAL ADVICE.
