Greetings!
We’re a few months into the 2025–2026 Minn-Dak Manufacturing Association membership year, and it’s already been a strong start. Renewals are nearly complete, and we’ve enjoyed tours at Bobcat in Gwinner, Tharaldson Ethanol in Casselton, and Fargo Jet Center/Weather Modification. The innovation and global reach of our local manufacturers never cease to impress, and MDMA is proud to support their success.
Looking ahead, join us for our December social at Junkyard Brewing in West Fargo (bring your company-themed swag for White Elephant giveaways and your best holiday sweater!) and spring tours. Brian announced as new board member!
Brian Stanley brings more than 14 years of experience in the construction and manufacturing industries, including nearly seven years with D&M Industries in both Project Management and his current role as Operations Manager. Known for his integrity, adaptability, and strong work ethic, Brian approaches challenges with creativity and clear communication, fostering collaboration and confident leadership.
Outside of work, Brian enjoys spending quality time with his wife, Molly, and their loyal dog, Copper. He is an avid outdoor enthusiast who embraces activities such as hunting, fishing, golfing, biking, camping, skiing, snowboarding, and trail riding in his side-by-side. His passion for golf adds a competitive yet relaxing dimension to his leisure time, and he often seeks out new courses to challenge his game. Brian also has a deep interest in construction and home improvement projects, often taking on hands-on work that allows him to apply his professional skills in creative ways. Whether it’s renovating spaces or building custom features, he enjoys the process of turning ideas into reality. In addition, Brian loves to travel, finding inspiration in exploring new destinations and cultures. Whether it’s a weekend getaway or an international adventure, he appreciates the perspective and creativity that travel brings to both his personal and professional life.
