Goodman - City of Cypress | |
|
Curt Pringle & Associates was proud to support our client, Goodman, as they secured approvals for their latest project at 5665 Plaza Dr. in the City of Cypress. This redevelopment will transform an underutilized office building into a state-of-the-art, LEED-certified, light industrial facility. To bring this project to fruition, Goodman navigated a comprehensive public process, requiring approvals for a Specific Plan Amendment, Site Plan Review, and certification of an Environmental Impact Report (EIR). The project received final approval from the Cypress City Council on December 9, 2024.
At CP&A, we specialize in assisting commercial, office, industrial, and residential property owners as they look into redevelopment that promotes better site utilization. For Goodman’s 5665 Plaza Dr. project, our team provided strategic entitlement support, government relations services, and community outreach as needed, ensuring a smooth path from inception to final approval. The project will bring numerous community benefits to the Cypress community, including:
- Quality job opportunities
- Improved long-term property values for the surrounding buildings and neighborhood
- Strong, long-term tenants
- New revenue for the City – general fund, business license taxes, infrastructure fees, school fees, and property taxes.
Thank you for celebrating this achievement with us. We look forward to seeing Goodman thrive in the City of Cypress for years to come.
