Hall of Fame News

You've been waiting for it - we know!  The momentum around the Seneca Hall of Fame is really building as we have a lot of interest generated now around nominations each year.  The Hall of Fame nomination form is currently on the Seneca Past and Present website.  Nominations will be accepted until June 1, 2019.  Remember that the form and all required information must be submitted per instructions on the form.  You can easily access the form by clicking here.

Mark your calendars!  The Seneca Hall of Fame 2019 Banquet will be held at the University of Louisville Alumni Club on Saturday, November 2, 2019.
Seneca Food Pantry News

While Seneca Past and Present is not connected to the Seneca Food Pantry, we are both charitable organizations that exist to help Seneca students.  The food pantry is planning two events that Seneca Alumni might be interested in checking out.

On 3/22, the Seneca Food Pantry will host a dance in the Small Gym at school.  The only cover charge is 3 canned goods for the food pantry.  And they need chaperones!  If any alumni are interested, contact Jennifer Freeman at  [email protected] no later than March 10.

Another fundraiser for the food pantry is coming on Saturday, September 28.  They will sponsor a Golf Scramble at Seneca Golf Course.  The cost is $75 per person for the shotgun start.  There is a limit of 18 teams of 4.  There will also be a silent auction including autographed sports memorabilia, box seats at Churchill Downs and many more desirable items and experiences.  For additional information or to register, contact Bob Jones at [email protected] or by calling him at 502-905-5595.
