Winter Camp

Governor's Executive Order 67 (READ THE COUNCIL'S OFFICIAL RESPONSE HERE)

The Governor has issued an order that limits all events to 25 or less participants. There is no time limit listed on this order.

At current, we are still planning on having Winter Camp 1 & 2 as in person events.

However, we realize that everyone is anxious and wants to know what our plan is. We are going to go ahead and extend the final payment date to January 4, 2021. We are also extending the cancellation for any reason deadline to that same date, January 4, 2021. This applies to both Winter Camp 1 & Winter Camp 2.

Merit badge registration will begin on November 30th at noon.

On January 4, 2021 if we are still under Executive Order 67, Winter Camp 1 will be cancelled and all registrants will receive a 100% refund of all fees paid.

At that time we will also evaluate Winter Camp 2 and set a new deadline date.

Virtual Winter Camp 1 & 2
We are excited however to announce two new events which will be offered regardless of whether or not we run Winter Camp in person in 2021. On December 7th we will be launching Virtual Winter Camps.
These are two stand alone events and are not part of the current in person Winter Camps. The first will run on January 16, 17, and 18 and the second on February 13, 14, and 15.

They will be conducted virtually. There will be 3 different blocks of classes offered. We will have a list of offerings online on December 7th HERE.

This event is open to everyone who would like to attend. You can register your entire Troop or as individuals.

The cost will be $5 to sign up, which includes a patch, and $15 for each merit badge selected. Classes will be conducted via Zoom and will have a morning and afternoon component for each class.
