Like you, we have been keeping a close eye on the weather from the weekend. The Winter Conference IS STILL ON and we are encouraged by the warmer temps on the way! As always, take caution when traveling.

WHAT TO BRING

  • A printed copy of youtrack agenda
  • Your laptop for working sessions - we will have power at your tables
  • A jacket or sweater - meeting rooms can be chilly!
  • Business cards for networking during the conference
  • Leadership Track Only: bring a copy of your strategic plan, if you have one


There are three tracks offered this year: Sales, Marketing and Leadership. If you signed up for the wrong track, you may choose/switch your track when you pick up your badge at registration. You will remain in your track for both days of educational sessions. 

 

REGISTRATION

Opens Wednesday, January 28th from 7:30am – 5:30pm and continues Thursday, January 29th from 8:00am - 10:00am in the pre function area of Menger Ballroom.

 

WHAT TO WEAR

Conference attire is business casual. Be prepared for cold and dry winter weather. Meeting rooms can be chilly, so be sure to bring a jacket or cardigan.

 

WEDNESDAY, JANUARY 28TH

OPTIONAL PRE-CONFERENCE TOUR & COURSES

8:00am - 5:00pm Emerging Leaders Workshop - Red Oak Room

12:30pm - 4:30pm Destination Tour of Boerne (meet in the Lobby promptly at 12:30p)

*lunch will not be provided on the destination tour, so please eat before you arrive

1:00pm - 4:00pm Destination Marketing Principles Class - Cedar Elm


OPENING RECEPTION PRESENTED BY VISIT BOERNE & AJR MEDIA

6:00pm - 8:00pm Tusculum Brewing Company - transportation will be provided by Visit Boerne to & from the hotel lobby. // Restaurant address: 236 S Main St., Boerne


THURSDAY, JANUARY 29TH

  • Breakfast will be served from 8:00am - 8:45am and lunch will be served from Noon – 1:00pm in Mountain Laurel. Both will be buffet style.
  • Educational Sessions run from 9:00am – 5:00pm.
  • There will be snacks during the AM & PM breaks and beverage service all day.
  • Dinner Thursday evening is on your own.

 

FRIDAY, JANUARY 30TH

  • Breakfast buffet will be served from 8:00am - 8:45am in Mountain Laurel
  • Educational Sessions run from 9:00am – Noon.
  • There will be drink service at the morning break.
  • Sessions end at NOON so there will NOT be lunch served.
