Message from Ben
Even amid New England's winter cold, our TMG team members are filled with warmth and excitement for what's to come. Spending the last few months adapting to our new and much larger office space, we're finding our groove again, taking pandemic-related setbacks in stride, and coming together to spearhead the strategic plans we put in place for the year ahead.

2022 holds so much promise for our growing team. We're continuing to develop both our new and seasoned clients, bring on new team members, and hone our leadership team to ensure we're structured in the best way possible to serve the growth of our clients and employees.

We're thrilled to continue to highlight deserving local nonprofits throughout the Pioneer Valley with our Community Spotlight series. This month, we're highlighting Ashfield's Double Edge Theatre, a special place that my wife, Jennie, and I support, and we're committed to spreading their mission of bringing innovative performance art into everyday life.

We're also proud to announce that TMG has been certified as a Great Place to Work® for the fifth consecutive year. We don't take this distinction lightly, and amidst our growth as a company and the many opportunities that come with it, this certification is one of the things that brings me the most esteem. Amongst other qualifications, one of the key factors that makes a company a Great Place to Work® is that 100% of employees agree that their workplace provides ample opportunities for career advancement, has a collaborative and open atmosphere, and a great team-oriented culture.

With so much time spent at work, it's humbling to know that our team feels happy and supported. I know our unique company culture is what keeps our wheels in motion as we push full steam ahead to all of the exciting things a new year brings we're so happy to have you here with us along for the ride.

Good luck, work on your business, stay in touch!

Welcoming Change Throughout 2022

In this month's Ben's Tip, Ben talks about the impact of change and reflects on TMG's recent office move that wasn't exactly the most fun experience! Like any move, it required patience, the ability to let years of accumulated belongings and memories go, with the hope that our next chapter and new space will not only hold more people but will also house new memories Ben's ultimate tip for change? The sooner you stop battling change and embrace it, the more you'll open yourself up to new opportunities and transcendent experiences.
TMG Fundamentals in Action
We're a Certified Great Place to Work® for Five Years Running!
TMG was recently certified for the fifth consecutive year as a Great Place to Work®! The Great Place to Work® program was established in 1998 and is comprised of the same data scientists behind the Fortune 100 Best Companies to Work For® list. The program uses rigorous methodology to gather and evaluate employee feedback – solely highlighting companies that have built high-trust and high-performance company cultures. The Great Place to Work® distinction reinforces TMG’s dedication to great workplace culture, dynamic employee experience, and strong leadership behaviors. Learn More About the Distinction.
TMG recently had the pleasure of welcoming the New England Financial Association (NEFMA) to its dynamic roster of clients during the summer of 2021.

NEFMA is an association made up of leaders in the New England financial marketing community that encourages members to explore, share, expand, build, network, and enhance their abilities. They do this through facilitating educational opportunities that inspire professional growth, and by hosting events like its annual Award Show, which celebrates the best in New England financial marketing every year.

With TMG's assistance, NEFMA was able to elevate the number of award submissions for this year's show, increasing submissions by 18% since their last awards event in 2020.

TMG was able to increase submissions substantially through email marketing, comprehensive social media campaigns, strategic outreach to financial marketing leaders, and overall compelling event branding and promotion.

Expanding the submissions for one of NEFMA's signature events is vital for the sustainability of their association, as each submission entry is associated with a cost that helps fuel their mission to provide insightful programming, networking opportunities, and educational forums that help connect and support financial marketers.
