Today we celebrate the incredible leadership and service of Rosemary Dunigan, who has completed her term as Jubilee Women’s Center’s Board Chair after three impactful years—and has served on our board since 2020.
Rosemary's connection to Jubilee runs deep. As the daughter of two former Jubilee board members, Dick and Mary Beth Gemperle, Rosemary continued her family's beautiful legacy of service. She stepped into her role during an extraordinary moment in our history, helping guide the organization through the COVID‑19 pandemic, an executive leadership transition, and countless other challenges and opportunities along the way.
Our current Board Chair, Pamela Rogers-Kinkead, who served beside Rosemary, shared this reflection:
“Rosemary has led this Board with integrity and an unwavering belief in the people and purpose of this organization. During her tenure as President, she helped strengthen our organization and guided us through both opportunities and challenges with steadiness and thoughtfulness. On behalf of the Board, I would like to thank her for her commitment to Jubilee and the genuine care she has shown in her years as President.”
We are deeply grateful to Rosemary for her dedication to Jubilee’s mission and for giving so generously of her time, talent, and treasure. Her leadership has made a lasting impact, and we are stronger because of her. 💛
Please join us in thanking Rosemary for her extraordinary service!
