Partner Highlight: Madison Park Development Corporation

A group of adult learners face the camera holding their TGH certificates.

Madison Park Development Corporation (MPDC) has offered a total of 28 TGH courses to adults in the Roxbury community since 2011, and 113 learners graduated from TGH courses at MPDC in 2022 alone. Many of their courses focus on digital skills for workforce development and securing employment, while others focus on entrepreneurship and launching a small business. They also offer courses geared towards older adults that cover topics such as accessing city resources and telehealth services. Learn more about MPDC's work here.

Massachusetts Charitable Deduction Update

Beginning in 2023, individual donors in Massachusetts can now deduct charitable donations on their state tax returns. This decision is the result of tireless advocacy by nonprofit leaders, including Jim Klocke of the Massachusetts Nonprofit Network. We're excited for the opportunities that this change opens up for greater individual support for TGH and our partner organizations!
