WHAT IS THE RUCK4HIT CapeCod Relay?

his event is a 220+ mile ruck relay race traveling through all 15 towns on Cape Cod, as participants travel from one end of the Cape to the other and back again. There are three team challenges, including rucking up to the top of the Pilgrim Monument in Provincetown. The monument marks the approximate halfway point of the relay.

Ruck4HIT is a collaboration between supporters, local veterans, first responders and those currently serving in the military, to raise awareness and funding for Heroes In Transition Inc. As every service member is forced to carry the burden of war during active service and beyond, carrying the ruck sack is symbolic of hardships endured and the perseverance required to complete the mission. This event will raise funds for HIT, all in the continuing effort to never leave a fallen comrade behind.
Participant Requirements:
•Under 160 lbs; 20 lb Ruck weight
•Over 160 lbs; 30 lb Ruck weight
•Participants run in relay format for 2 to 4 mile legs.
•$110 non-refundable registration fee
•Must be over 18 years of age

•$5,000 Team Fundraising Minimum

Jones Division
•Up to 14 runners
•2 Drivers
