Introducing a New Service in Early 2024

Functional Electrical Stimulation, or FES for short, can be used to reduce inflammation, reduce adhesions during healing, treat deep muscle problems and more! FES is useful for acute problems, such as a soft tissue injury or surgery, as well as reducing pain from chronic joint issues like arthritis. In January, all our valued clients—both longstanding and new—will receive the revised 2024 client service agreement. These updates are designed to streamline our processes and enhance the overall experience for you and your equine companions.

One notable change is the introduction of our new payment option. Starting in 2024, we will offer the convenience of automatically charging your card on file seven days after your appointment, ensuring a seamless and stress-free payment process.

Additionally, in our ongoing commitment to providing the highest standard of care, we kindly request any outstanding balances be settled before scheduling your next appointment. This helps us maintain the level of service you expect and deserve.

Should you have any questions or require further clarification, please don't hesitate to reach out. We look forward to serving you and your equine companions with excellence in the coming year.
