Winter Parking Reminders
No Overnight Street Parking!
As a reminder, Draper City prohibits street parking between midnight and 6:00 am, or when snow is on the street, from November 1 through April 30.
This prevents parked cars from obstructing the roads, making it challenging for Draper's snowplow teams to clear snow effectively. By complying with this regulation, you'll help ensure effective snow removal, keeping our streets safe and clear throughout the winter.

Get Ready for Winter Storms!
Snow Removal Responsibilities
As we welcome the winter season, keeping our community safe and accessible during snowy conditions is a top priority. We want to provide a quick refresher on snow removal responsibilities. Please take a moment to review the following guidelines to understand who is responsible for clearing streets and sidewalks.
| |
Street Snow Removal
By Draper City
Draper City’s snow removal crews remove snow from our roads from November 1 through April 30. Crews are called out to plow after two inches of snow have accumulated on the streets. They aim to clear first-priority roads within 24 hours of a storm and all remaining streets within 48 hours.
As a reminder, Draper City snowplows all city streets. For the City to safely plow your street, it needs to be clear of all vehicles.
| | |
Sidewalk Snow Removal
By Residents
Per Draper City, the adjacent property owner is responsible for clearing snow from sidewalks and around mailboxes and fire hydrants. Given our narrow roads, the city faces challenges in removing snow from streets without impacting sidewalks.
As such, your cooperation in maintaining clear paths is vital. Thank you for helping to make this winter in SunCrest safe, smooth, and accessible for everyone!

SunCrest's Doggie Dish
Leashes & Other Reminders
We love our doggie neighbors! In the spirit of living in community with one another, we wanted to share these helpful reminders for our pets and their people.
Please ensure your dog is always on a leash when outside of your fenced yard or in community areas, including the Village Green. Additionally, please remember to pick up after your pets; no one enjoys stepping in dog poop while exploring our community! Finally, please keep in mind when excessive barking may be considered a nuisance and take steps to help keep your pets calm.
We are committed to the safety and well-being of everyone in our community, including our beloved furry friends! Thank you for doing your part to keep SunCrest a wonderful place for everyone to live and enjoy.
Walking your dog past the clubhouse? For a limited time, stop by with your pup to say hi and collect a free doggie bag holder!
