Year!
We are excited to get our Winter Term started next week. In addition to our Term Classes, we are offering a wide range of Special Focus Classes and Workshops to supplement and deepen your practice.
 
All of these classes will be taught online over Zoom and recorded for you to practice at your convenience. The recordings will be kept live for one month after the date of the class. Feel free to revisit a favorite sequence, take notes on anatomy, or enjoy a deep restorative class for a second – or thirdtime.

The dark winter months are perfect for introspection, contemplation and slowing down – all experiences you can gain from a restorative class. Each month, we will offer a special, two-hour restorative practice centered around our monthly theme:

Julie is offering another two-hour Taste of Anatomy workshop in February. In this class we will look at the muscles that limit our ability to rotate deeply, poses that stretch the tight places and strengthen the muscles that help us to twist.

2 CE credits are available with Yoga Alliance.
 
We have expanded our Community Class schedule to include more days, times, and teachers. If you miss your regular Zoom Term class and prefer to practice with a live instructor, feel free to drop in and use these as makeups!
