Presbytery Docket Deadline: January 14. Please submit reports and docket information to the Stated Clerk at sandra@staugpres.org .

Display Space: If you would like a display table, please email requests to the Stated Clerk no later than January 14.

Registration: The registration tables will open at 8:00 AM. Training for new commissioners will be provided.

Excuse Requests: Teaching Elders, Certified Christian Educators, Commission Chairs, and Ruling Elder Commissioners who are unable to attend must submit an excuse request to the Stated Clerk by email to sandra@staugpres.org or by phone at (904) 612-9766 (cell), or by mail.

Lunch: Lunch will be provided at a cost of $10 per person (payable at the door, cash or check payable to Memorial Presbyterian Church).

Special Notice: No food or drink can be taken into the historic sanctuary.

Child Care: Childcare will be provided. If you will need childcare, please call the church office at (904) 829-6451 by Saturday, January 18, to provide the number and ages of children who will be coming with you. Thank you!
