Presbytery Docket Deadline: January 15. Please submit reports and docket information to the Stated Clerk at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Display Space: If you would like a display table, please email requests to the Stated Clerk no later than January 15.
Registration: The registration tables will open at 8:15 AM. Training for new commissioners will be provided.
Excuse Requests: Teaching Elders, Certified Christian Educators, Commission Chairs, Ruling Elder Commissioners who are unable to attend must submit an excuse request to the Stated Clerk by email to email@example.com or by phone at (904) 612-9766 (cell), or by mail.
Lunch: Lunch will be provided at a cost of $10 per person (payable at the door, cash or check payable to Highlands United Presbyterian Church).
Child Care: Childcare will be provided. If you will need childcare, please call the church office at (904) 641-9622
by Wednesday, February 6, to provide the number and ages of children who will be coming with you. Thank you!
