Whoopi Goldberg had some very kind words for Houston's own Mattress Mack this morning on The View.  After the Gallery Furniture Icon appeared on ABC's Good Morning America this morning to talk about the crisis here in the city and his efforts to help, the hosts of The View took note.  Goldberg in particular had high praise for the way Jim McIngvale always steps up for the people of this city, saying that he she hopes to see him receive the Presidential Medal of Freedom. Houston Community College thanks Jim McIngvale for decades of philanthropic action and support during good times and times of crisis.  It's great to see this well-deserved national recognition.  

HCC is also honored to collaborate with Jim McIngvale to develop and deliver the HCC Mattress Mack School of Selling in March.  We share values of delivering economic assistance and opportunity across Houston.  Wishing all recovering from the storm a safe and warmer weekend and we look forward to seeing those of you who will join us in March!

Stage 2 is for proposed, startup and existing entrepreneurs who are actively pursuing launch and growth of a specific business concept. This program offers an opportunity for hands-on learning and interaction with faculty, guest entrepreneurs, business experts, and peer delegates. The program is offered at no cost thanks to our Sponsor Wells Fargo Bank!

Five modules, one per week, each with two online sessions:
