The San Joaquin County Board of Supervisors and Tracy City Council have both ratified proclamations confirming the existing of a local emergency related to the severe winter storm.
Sand bags are available to all San Joaquin County residents at Boyd Service Center and South County Fire Station 93 (1400 W. Durham Ferry Road). Visit SJReady.org for all San Joaquin County sand bag locations.
Customers dependent on life-support equipment, CPAP machines, and/or require special heating or cooling needs for certain medical conditions should sign up for PG&E’s Medical Baseline Program. To make sure customers know about a potential safety outage, extra notifications are also provided through PG&E’s Vulnerable Customer Status. For more helpful information, check out PG&E’s winter storm press release.
PG&E customers are encouraged to prepare for the storm by having an emergency plan and updating their contact information online for real-time updates on outages in their neighborhood.
