Here we go!

There is a winter storm warning in effect for tonight through tomorrow morning. Reports are showing we should be getting between 4-8 inches and then followed by a crazy arctic chill for the remainder of the week.

With all of this being said, it looks as though the snow clean up of the parking spaces will be bright and early TOMORROW - 1/20/25, Monday morning. If your vehicles are not moved, the tow company will be on site so you will be towed at your own expense so PLEASE plan accordingly!

If you will be away but your vehicle(s) are on property, you must move them to the overflow lot (the old tennis courts) behind the leasing office. Please do NOT park in the office parking lot. Keep in mind that all vehicles need to have valid registrations and inspection stickers to be parked within the community.

Wellington Hill Road as well as Edward J Roy Drive are both City streets to please follow the guidelines/ parking policies of the City. Also, during snow removal, if you move your vehicle to Wellington Hill Road, do NOT block other driveways.

If your vehicle does end up being towed, you will need to contact Supreme Towing at (603) 626-9555 to make arrangements for pick up. If you were parked along Wellington Hill Road or Edward J Roy Drive, you will need to contact the City to make arrangements for pick up as this would have been the City of Manchester that would have towed you.

Reminder of the times your vehicles must be moved out of the parking spots. This does not mean this is when the plows will be on your street but the times designated cars need to be moved prior to to allow the contractors and our maintenance team to clear all areas as quickly and efficiently as possible. Do not move your vehicles back into your spaces until ALL of the snow removal vehicles are completely off of your street. Lastly, please do not drive in loops around the property as the contractors are trying to clean up as this does get in their way and it is a hazard as they are driving forward and backing up continuously.

Due to the arctic freeze that we may experience in the next week, it is imperative that you keep your heat on in your home to keep pipes from freezing (heat should always be left on at 50-55 degrees minimum through the winter months to avoid freezing pipes). Keeping your cabinet doors at your kitchen and bathroom sinks open will help to keep heat in this area and avoid freezing pipes. If you experience little to no water pressure in any of your sinks, please call the office ASAP so we an assess and be sure you do not have frozen pipes. If you live in a garaged unit, please keep your garage doors closed or use them quickly to avoid frozen pipes.

Thank you all again for your expected cooperation and if you have to go out, please drive carefully during this storm!
