  •   John Gerson - Managing Director, NJ
Prior to joining FTS, John A. Gerson was the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Compliance Officer of Paladin Realty. Prior to joining the firm in 1999, Mr. Gerson was Chief Financial Officer of Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. ("KKR"), a major management buyout firm with more than $60 billion in invested equity capital. He was responsible for KKR's banking and financing needs, the firm's reporting systems, senior liaison contact with investors and management of the firm's treasury and general partners' investments. Mr. Gerson is a trustee of Pace University and is treasurer and a trustee of the Morristown Medical Center Foundation; a member of the America Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New York State and New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants.
  •  Brian Cingel - Director of Sales, Boston
Brian brings FTS over 18 years of experience working in the financial services industry, including the US and European Fund Industries.  Over the course of his career Brian has developed business & relationships for some of the industry's leading private banks & fund administrators (Irish Intercontinental Bank, Brown Brothers Harriman, Citco Bank, SS&C).  Brian also helped launch 3 niche start-up financial service companies; in Ireland, in Canada, and in the US respectively. 
  • Lou Bauta -Tax Manager, NY
Prior to joining FTS, Lou was a Senior Tax Consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP in theNew York City office. His clients included a number global real estate investment funds as well as various public Real Estate Investment Trusts (REIT).  His primary focus placed on tax compliance and consulting, federal, state and foreign regulatory reporting. His responsibilities include client engagement management of the tax compliance process in preparation of federal forms 1065, 1120, 1120 REIT, and 1120F, and quarterly REIT testing, market studies, financial reporting, REIT due diligence and lease analysis for investment vehicles ranging from Fund of Fund to Conduit structures. Prior to PwC Lou was with FTI Consulting Incorporated where he worked withvarious public Real Estate Investment Trusts (REIT)including Mack-Cali Realty Corporation, SL Green Realty Corporation, and Vornado Realty Trust.
