WINTER WEATHER WATCH CONTINUES

So much for El Nino meaning a warm winter with no snow. Late fall was cold with a few icy mornings then December was quite warm. January saw the cold snap that gave Portland record cold, snow, and freezing for a week.  The past month has been cooler than normal with some light snow in a few parts and now we are close to low level snow this weekWinter ain’t over yet!

We are not expecting a major event and likely will be a non event but we need to be prepared as it is not uncommon to have late season snow.  Remember last February when we were buried with a  snowstorm that was not even predicted?
