Saturday 5 PM: Make your worship plan now
As we anticipate snowy weather on Sunday, remember you are welcome to our 5 PM Saturday service. As with all worship on Saturdays and Sundays, we watch conditions carefully and will post on Realm newsfeed when we are cancelling a service due to weather (we try not to!). Regarding Sunday evening’s mental health event with the Cameron K. Gallagher Foundation, we will do our best to have the program, but if conditions are not safe, we will postpone and post the notice on Realm.
New Adult Forum Series begins this Sunday
"Civility is simply demonstrating respect for the dignity of our fellow humans—
even those humans with whom we have sharp disagreement. Civility is allowing others to speak, and having the humility to admit that we may have something to learn. Civility favors truth over cheap gain, and patience over knee- jerk judgment." - Rabbi Steve Gutow

All are welcome to gather in the Parlor at 10:15 AM on Sunday mornings as we learn more from our clergy about Civil Discourse . This 3-part series begins this weekend and seeks to help us all with some of those tough conversations. Join Rev. Richard as we seek to move from political divide into Holy Conversation .
Time to clean off your bookshelves for a good cause!
Please help us support the children of George Mason by donating your gently used books for our annual book fair and ice cream social.
We are specifically looking for picture books for early readers, grades Kindergarten through 3rd grades. Our goal is to collect 400 books so each child can take home books this year.
Bring your donations to the milling area through January 27.
We also need help sorting and moving the books, if you can assist, please contact Kimberly Kimball at
