Volunteers Needed Gulf Coast Ecosystem Restoration and Community Service
We had another terrific year working on environmental restoration along the Gulf Coast. Volunteer teams from 16 universities and colleges completed over 8000 hours of restoration work and also did a variety of projects for local youth programs.
"I loved doing the oyster reef projects because we got to bag them one day and put them on a barge and then we got the opportunity to take them off the barge and put them in the water. That was definitely something I loved was seeing the whole project out."
Recovery and restoration of the Gulf of Mexico ecosystem is an ongoing endeavor and CC International has made a long term commitment. Feedback from participating volunteer teams has been tremendous and we look forward to putting even more volunteers to work during the Winter/Spring Breaks 2013.
NOTE: Due to the mild December - February climate on the Gulf Coast this is a great Winter Break Project.

For the past three years CC International has provided volunteers to Head Start and Early Head Start Classrooms in New Orleans.
"The trip was amazing and unforgettable. Everyone had a great time and was impacted by not only working with the children but New Orleans as a whole. Thank you for doing what you do. I am sure you do not hear it enough, but you are fantastic at what you do. CC International did a great job coordinating everything"
Many thanks,
