Winter Newsletter 2023–24

Celebrating the last pressing of the 2023 harvest with Petit Verdot straight from the press.

Our 2023 harvest was one of our best since 2010. After the rainy winter, cool spring, and an ideal summer the ripening season produced an abundant harvest of the highest quality.

Winter has settled into the vineyard with crisp temperatures. The vines are now shedding their leaves, leaving the canes ready for pruning in the coming months.

Sophie, our elder resident Great Dane, celebrated her 8th birthday on Christmas Day. She enjoyed a few extra cookies and a long nap in the tower.
