Greetings Friends!

GREAT NEWS!! The jet stream is moving south starting this week and into next. We should see our snow pattern returning! But, we must give thanks to the best grooming and greatest corduroy skiing in America by our ski company. Come and enjoy EVERYTHING Aspen offers!!!

REAL ESTATE UPDATE

Yes, Aspen properties are still in demand. The properties lingering on the market are still very overpriced based on their location. For example, the homes for sale at the end of Smuggler in the West End which becomes a "highway leaving town during rush hour” or the ones in need of renovation are still priced at finished product numbers. We are experts in finding you what will make you happy, whether it will take a remodel or knocking on doors!!!

Paul JAS Center

Aspen’s New World-Class Music Venue

You MUST experience this magnificent music club! The Paul JAS Center is located on the second story of the historic Red Onion building, which hosted Billie Holiday in the 1950's. I must say that it could be the best-looking club with the finest sound system and stage Aspen has produced since Harley Baldwin's Caribou Club in 1990 which he patterned after Anabelle's in London. Aspen has ALWAYS been in the forefront. Do not miss this opportunity to enjoy great music in a small, intimate venue!

Paul JAS Center highlights upcoming programming

In addition to performances, the Paul JAS Center will also be hosting education programming for students young and old, providing a new world-class recording and broadcast studio and will be available for public and private gatherings. This includes collaborations with other Roaring Fork Valley not-for-profit organizations.

JAS Café Winter Series

Intimate performances at the JAS Café, showcasing jazz, blues, soul, gospel, New Orleans, and world music. Enjoy late-night shows exploring jazz’s evolution and global influences.

"My friend and classmate from Aspen High School, Lorrie B. Winnerman, called to ask if our annual ski day and lunch was on for the following day. You bet. Lorrie skis like the wind, with the same enthusiasm she’s always had. The skiing was great, but the conversation was priceless."
