ASPEN always produces snow! We received 2' of snow the other weekend on top of the mountains. Two areas opened this week and Aspen and Snowmass Mountains are scheduled for an early Nov 23 opening on Thanksgiving Day!! For all you deep powder freaks, get ready for the brand new 180 acres of HEROS!!!! We continue to have “closed before MLS” on exceptional properties showing close to $7,000 per sq ft. With more government restriction on demo/building and long hold ups on remodel permits, existing high end updated conditions continue to be in real demand. (Wall Street Journal Article)

We have 2 “pocket” listings-one a true oasis within one mile of the gondola in move-in condition at $24.5m and a corner lot in the West End for redevelopment. 

Obviously, high interest rates deter some developers and even owner users, but right now “cash is king.”
