We continue to have “closed before MLS” on exceptional properties showing close to $7,000 per sq ft. With more government restriction on demo/building and long hold ups on remodel permits, existing high end updated conditions continue to be in real demand. (Wall Street Journal Article)
We have 2 “pocket” listings-one a true oasis within one mile of the gondola in move-in condition at $24.5m and a corner lot in the West End for redevelopment.
Obviously, high interest rates deter some developers and even owner users, but right now “cash is king.”
