To our Denver community,

Thank you for your input over the past year through countless surveys, draft plans, new codes and ordinances, advisory boards, community meetings, and so much more. Whether it's reading one of our newsletters and sharing it with your neighbors and coworkers, or if it's joining city planners at an open house in your area, we are truly grateful for your time and attention as we work together to build a more inclusive, connected and healthy Denver over the next 20 years.

Thank you,

Denver Community Planning and Development
Here's what we're looking forward to in January and February:
Residents have another chance to help shape Denver's future
A sample page of the Comprehensive Plan draft. Look for yellow notes to see what's changed.
On Monday, we released the second draft of three Denveright plans that will guide development, parks, and mobility options over the next 20 years. The drafts are available for public review through February 27.

Read the drafts and provide feedback online:

City planners is also hosting drop-in sessions for residents to provide feedback or ask questions in person. Residents will also have an opportunity to share their thoughts with members of the Denver Planning Board at a listening session February 27. Details to come.
More than 2,700 residents have commented on the plans so far!

The latest drafts reflect residents' comments and support for policies on equity, housing choices, quality-of-life infrastructure improvements, mobility choices and more oversight to ensure accountability when the plans are implemented. Each plan linked above has a "reader's guide" with summaries of what's changed and the comments received.

Input received during this review period will be incorporated into a third draft of the plans, which will be released in March ahead of public hearings by the Denver Planning Board and the Parks and Recreation Advisory Board (Game Plan for a Healthy City) in March and City Council in April.
