The Florida-bred filly with the “half-moon” shaped marking on her face is by Blazing Sevens and appropriately out of the winning Henny Hughes mare Miss Luna. She was bred by Lance Colwell, who purchased Miss Luna in foal to Blazing Sevens at the 2025 Keeneland November Breeding Stock Sale.

Miss Luna has three winners from five starters and nine foals, including an unnamed yearling filly by Taiba and an unnamed 2-year-old filly by Speaker’s Corner. Miss Luna is out of the Grade 1-placed Miswaki mare In Her Glory and is a half-sister to Sambuca Classica, dam of Champion 2-Year-Old Colt and Breeders’ Cup Juvenile (G1)-winner Classic Empire, stakes-winners Anytime Classic and stakes-winning, stakes-producer Uptown Twirl. Miss Luna is also a half-sister to stakes-placed Seattle Glory and stakes-placed, stakes-producer Combanchera.
