With the support of the United States Department of Agriculture, the Equine Disease Communication Center is completing a study to determine the awareness and knowledge of biosecurity in the horse industry. Trainer Antonio Sano is approaching a personal milestone of 1,000 Thoroughbred career wins in North America (US and Canada). Through racing on Thursday Dec. 12, Sano was at 994 wins. He has five horses entered to run at Gulfstream Park and one at Tampa Bay Downs on Friday.
