Happy Farm, a 10-year-old Florida-bred graded stakes winner with $870,338 earned during a 52-race career, has been retired from racing. More importantly, he has reunited with his biggest admirer.

Florida-bred Dancing N Dixie Looks to Break Through in Tepin

Third in her last three starts, all in graded stakes on the turf, Florida-bred Dancing N Dixie will try to snap that streak with a victory Saturday in the $250,000 Tepin at Churchill Downs. The Tepin has attracted a field of 11 3-year-old fillies who will go one mile on the turf.

Obituary - Cornelius August Link, Jr.

Dr. Cornelius August Link, age 93, of Reddick, Fla., passed away on June 22, 2024. He was born on Jan. 4, 1931, in Washington, D.C., a son of Cornelius and Martha Link. He leaves behind to cherish his memory; daughter, Stephanie Link and her partner Santiago Mendoza; sister, Martha Thomas.

Fasig-Tipton July Selected Horses of Racing Age catalog Now Online

LEXINGTON, KY—Fasig-Tipton has released the initial catalog for its July Selected Horses of Racing Age sale, to be held on Monday, July 8 in Lexington beginning at 3 p.m.


The catalog will continue to grow as Fasig-Tipton approves entries up until sale time.

Trainer George Weaver is approaching a personal milestone of 1,000 Thoroughbred career wins in North America (US and Canada). Through racing Thursday June 27, Weaver was at 992 wins. He has one horse at entered at Laurel Park and two horses entered at Belmont At The Big A on Friday.
