Spirit Wind Favored to Break Churchill Downs Winless Streak in Dream Supreme

Unable to hit the board in her two previous races at Churchill Downs, Florida-bred Spirit Wind has been labeled as the 9-5 morning line favorite to improve her record under the twin spires in Saturday’s $300,000 Dream Supreme. Nine fillies and mares, 3-years-old and older will go six furlongs.

Florida-bred Power Driver Graduates into Smart Halo Saturday at Laurel

Stonehedge LLC homebred Power Driver, an impressive winner of her first race, will graduate into stakes company for her second start Saturday in the $100,000 Smart Halo at Laurel Park. The Smart Halo has attracted a field of seven 2-year-old fillies who will race over six furlongs.
