Florida-bred Macho Music Favored in Bowman Mill Stakes at Keeneland

Mark Fletcher Taylor, Rohan Crichton and Daniel L. Walters’ Macho Music takes his two-race winning streak into stakes-level competition Saturday when the Florida-bred colt meets six other 2-year-olds in the $200,000 Bowman Mill at Keeneland. Macho Music has been labeled as the 2-1 morning line favorite in the six-furlong contest.

Florida-bred Nooni Works for Breeders' Cup Juvenile Fillies

Hall of Fame trainer Bob Baffert sent Florida-bred Nooni to the track Thursday morning in preparation for her next start in the $2 million NetJets Breeders' Cup Juvenile Fillies (Grade 1) to be run at Del Mar Thoroughbred Club on Nov. 1.

Digital Tattoo Fee to be $110 Effective Jan. 1

According to the Thoroughbred Racing Protective Bureau website, effective Jan. 1, 2025, there will be a US$110/CA$150* (plus tax where applicable) fee, payable by credit card, for each horse TRPB-certified with a Digital Tattoo™ at a recognized racetrack or training center.
