Florida-breds Damon's Mound and Buccherino finished first and second respectively in the $175,000 Bold Ruler (Grade 3) Sunday to complete a big weekend of stakes winners for breeders' in the Sunshine State.

Graded Stakes Winning Florida-bred Sabatini Brings $1.35 at Fasig-Tipton November Sale

Florida-bred Sabatini, who was a graded stakes-winner for NK Racing and LNJ Foxwoods, sold for $1.35 million in foal to Gun Runner at the Fasig-Tipton November Sales held at the Newton Paddocks in Lexington, Ky., Monday evening.

Ropes Keeping Florida-bred Millionaire Dorth Vader

Grade 1-winning Florida-bred millionaire Dorth Vader, who was fifth in the $1.840 million Longines Breeders' Cup Distaff (G1) Saturday, was cataloged as Hip 209 in Monday night's Fasig-Tipton November Sale but was bought back by owner and breeder John Ropes as a $1.95 million RNA.
