Mystic Lake, Let Them Watch, Belle's Blue Bell Carry Florida Flag Into Miss Preakness

A trio of Florida-bred fillies led by C2 Racing Stable LLC and Stefania Farms LLC's Mystic Lake will head to the post in the Grade 3 Miss Preakness Friday at Pimlico Race Course. Case Chambers’ Let Them Watch and Jacks or Better Farm homebred Belle’s Blue Belle will also represent the Sunshine State among the dozen 3-year-year-old fillies scheduled to go six furlongs.

Florida-bred All That Magic Returns in The Very One

All That Magic will make her first start of the year Friday at Pimlico when the Florida-bred mare sprints from the gate in the $100,000 The Very One. Trained by Kathleen DeMasi for Pewter Stable and Spedale Family Racing LLC, All That Magic is one of 13 fillies and mares plus an also eligible entered in the five furlong contest on the grass.

He was purchased by Barry Berkelhammer as a yearling for the Albaugh Family Racing Stable. He was started and trained at Abracadabra Farm in Ocala.

A graduate of 2023 OBS Spring Sale where he was purchased for $14,000. Received his early training at Ciaran Dunne’s Wavertree Stables in Ocala, who also consigned him to the OBS Spring Sale.
