Tampa Bay Downs Concludes 2024-25 Season With Across the Board Gains

BY TAMPA BAY DOWNS PRESS OFFICE

OLDSMAR, FL - One of the most successful meets in recent history at Tampa Bay Downs almost never got off the ground. Severe damage last fall from Hurricanes Helene and Milton threatened to postpone the scheduled Nov. 20 opening.

BY SARAH WELK BAYNUM

Florida-bred Emmett Favored in Return to Starter Allowance Company at Gulfstream Park

BY BROCK SHERIDAN

RyZan Sun Racing LLC's Emmett returns to Gulfstream Park where he is the 7-5 favorite in a $35,000 starter allowance, optional claiming for 3-year-olds Thursday.
