Wisconsin has been released from two separate challenges to the Affordable Care Act. 

Wisconsin’s new Attorney General asked to exit two distinct challenges to the Affordable Care Act. 

Wisconsin was a plaintiff in Texas v. United States (video above) with a collection of states seeking to invalidate the consumer protections, individual mandate, and other major reforms of the ACA. 

Wisconsin had also joined Franciscan Alliance v. Price (video below) seeking to invalidate the anti-discrimination language of the ACA.

We briefly discuss how, in the last few days, Federal Judges have released Wisconsin from both actions.
