Governor Calls Special Session for Welfare Reform Bills
On January 18, Governor Walker announced that he was calling a special session of the Legislature to take up a package of 10 welfare reform bills called Wisconsin Works for Everyone.  The bills are authored by Senator Chris Kapenga (R-Delafield) and Speaker Robin Vos (R-Rochester).  The bills will receive a joint hearing this Wednesday (see below) and the WCC will offer testimony.
