Happy New Year

Happy New Year! As we renew our commitment to students, families, schools, and partnerships in our New Jersey alternative and nontraditional educational community, we will keep in mind the promise of the potential behind professionals learning from each other. We can lean into the planning for student success by customizing our professional development to adopt best practices and share experiences among those who work directly with and inspire our population of learners. In addition, we offer a unique ground floor opportunity as non-profit startup members of the National Alternative Education Association and are seeking membership in all 21 NJ counties.

We strive to provide our professional community a venue to advocate, innovate, and collaborate knowledge that results in our personal and professional growth as educators, practitioners, and scholars. We are excited to serve our community of professionals in the New Year.

Cheers to a great 2024 year! Don't hesitate to contact us if you have any questions now or into the New Year. We're always happy to help.

In 2024, NJAEA launched a Professional Member Network, PMN. The PMN network provides customized professional development workshops to elementary, middle, and high school educators and administrators in public, charter, and private schools, colleges, and universities throughout New Jersey and the United States and beyond.

NJAEA decided to aggressively offer the educational community surrounding our membership opportunities to tap into the expertise that is so broad in the spectrum among our members, who are highly qualified and experienced in many facets of education practices, at the January meeting.

NJAEA offers your institution the personal support network to provide insights to build the type of professional development for your staff and navigate technology evaluations, selections, and implementations on a personalized level.

Our research and experience have identified the top priorities facing education today. We are interested in meeting with New Jersey educational institutions to discuss how to tackle them so you can improve outcomes and gain desirable results.
