THANK YOU AND HAPPY 2025!
As we close out 2024, we'd like to thank all of our supporters:
- Our team of volunteers who worked tirelessly to beat Prop 33 in Pasadena,
- our members who helped hold the Rent Board to account in each of their meetings,
- and all of you who have begun to support us in our endeavor to bring a fair and reasonable approach to rental housing on the 2026 ballot...
We are very grateful for you!!
Our supporters also include statewide apartment associations like the Apartment Owners Association of California and the California Apartment Association, as well as local groups like the Apartment Association of Greater Los Angeles and our good friends at the Foothill Apartment Association.
We've also been fortunate to tap into expertise and help from other groups like the East Bay Rental Housing Association and the Apartment Association of Orange County. We recommend that our members support at least one of these important organizations.
Finally, we'd like to thank all of you who read and engage with our weekly emails. It's always encouraging to hear what you find interesting and useful. We also enjoy hearing how we can better serve Pasadena by those of you who email us at: info@pasadenahousingproviders.com.
