Life can feel heavy. Gravity is real. I see its affects on my face. I feel it in my bones.

When our body of decisions, challenges, cares and responsibilities seem dense like granite. When our loneliness and worry is cold like marble. And our shoulders wobble under the weight. Then it is time to look for grace.

Don't look for it in your mind or understanding. You cannot think your way out of gravity. Instead join what is already given.

Grace is the gift of God, Peace, Love, Joy, Forgiveness, Mercy within life as it is.
When Jesus said, "Take up your cross and follow me" Maybe he was not adding weight to our shoulders rather offering a way to relate to the gravity of life.

Become aware of one heavy thing on your list. How can you share it? Who can you reach out to? Journal about it. Turn this weighty thing into a prayer and let rise to heaven. You are not alone.

With you on the journey,
